Self referral for counselling

10 December 2024

Whilst individuals can refer themselves for counselling via any of the professional registers listed below*, there is now a facility to self-refer directly through the link here:

Self-Referral form | Bacpac

Counselling is a very personal endeavour and it is crucial to take the time to find a counsellor who feels like the right 'fit' for you - who seems to understand you well from the beginning, is focused on your needs, able to respond to you with empathy and compassion. I offer a free, initial consultation of up to 30 minutes for us to explore together what it is that you are looking for from counselling and whether I believe I have the skills to work with you effectively and collaboratively.

Why not get in touch - that first, shorter session is without cost and demands no commitment from you to have to continue working with me.
